Dr. Max commercial

I’ve recently been working on a TV commercial for a Czech pharmacy chain. The whole project was handled by Duber studio based in Prague and my part of a job was purely animation.

Animation itself could be much better, but taking the given time frame(4 days for the body and a weekend for the face) into consideration, I think it could also end up much worse. So overall I’m quite happy with the outcome.

Also this was my first go on animating straight ahead, because it kinda felt more natural for this kind of movements, and that’s probably why it feels floaty in places.

Thanks goes to Loocas Duber from Duber studio for giving me the job. Definitely check out Duber studio’s web and Duber TV. Lots of cool things to look at and a bunch of really good video tutorials. You simply gotta love that.

You need a quicktime for the video to work. You can see the hi-res version and full credits on Duber Studio Portfolio.

Sure. There’s no point in arguing with clients, they always win. Cause you know, they’re the universal experts. Luckilly I wasn’t dealing with them myself.
