Ready for rigging

Hopefully I can say now, that I’m done with texturing and I can finally move on to my favorite part, which is rigging. I’ve had a few issues with texturing, mainly when making normal maps for head and gloves, due to the fact that I was making these in Mudbox and to be honest, I haven’t actually exported anything from mudbox before. I’ve done some sculpting, but I’ve always just kept it there. Now, however, I needed to get it out of mudbox and into the 3ds max. That probably, wouldn’t be such a problem if I only was more careful when unwrapping this little guy. Luckily, thanks to Wayne Robson’s tutorials and his absolutely brilliant mudbox plugin MudWalker I was eventually able to get it all right. Well actually, there are still a few tiny problems with the normal map on the back of the head, but I need to move on now and thinking practicaly, it’s not gonna be seen in animation anyway
So here is…let’s call it pre-final version, cause I know I’ll change something at the end anyway. 😉

Thx. I’ll post progress today probably….The rig is getting quite complex to my surprise, so I need to stabilise a few things. But other than that it’s going well
